FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

How long is the tour?

The perfect length! Your sightseeing adventure lasts about 45 minutes with about 25 minutes of that time on the water. We pass by many of the area’s important landmarks and significant buildings to give you an overview of the region. We leave you plenty of time to go back to the sites where you really want to spend more time.

Where do I buy tickets?

We are closed for the season.

Can I reserve or pre-purchase tickets?

Tickets will only be available for purchase at the Newport on the Levee Welcome Center for same-day tickets only.  Advanced purchase tickets, including group purchases, will not be available during the 2016 Operating Season.

Are there restrooms on board?

No, sorry, but there are restroom facilities at the Levee. Any of our crew will be happy to direct you to the nearest one.

Can I take food and drink on board?

Yes, you can. We ask that drinks have a lid or cap on them. Note: we don’t allow alcoholic beverages at any time.

Are you accessible to the disabled?

We can accommodate guests with various disabilities; however, 2 hour advance notice is needed to accommodate wheelchairs (each vehicle has room for one wheelchair). Please let your ticket agent know when purchasing tickets.

Will I get seasick?

Probably not. We are only on the water for about 25 minutes. Our vehicle is built to be very stable on the Ohio River.

Will I get wet?

Probably not. We try to make our entry into the water fun, but not wet. However, there may be times when a little splash will make its way on-board.

Do you have life jackets?

Yes. Enough for everyone on-board. We’ll give full safety instructions prior to departure.

How much does it cost?

Adults are $18 plus tax, children (2-12 years) are $13 plus tax and kids under 2 years old are free. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

What are the hours of operation?

We are closed for the season.
